Japan Air Mobility Research Institute Rules
(General Provisions)
Article 1 These rules are based on the Articles of Incorporation of Japan Air Mobility Research Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute" or "JAM Research Institute") and stipulate matters related to the members of JAM Research Institute.
(member)
Article 2 In these regulations, a member refers to a corporation, individual, or organization that actively promotes support for the labor market, including the training, utilization, and job transfer of human resources necessary for next-generation drones and air mobility, agrees with the Institute's objectives and activities, accepts these regulations, applies for membership, and is approved by the Institute.
(Type of Member)
Article 3 Membership consists of “Corporate Members”, “Individual Members” and “Special Members”. “Corporate Members” are further divided into “Corporate Members (General)” and “Corporate Members (Special)”.
2. "Corporate Members (General)" are corporations that agree with the Institute's objectives and have joined the Institute, paying the admission fee and annual membership fee.
3. "Corporate Members (Special)" are corporations that have joined the Institute in support of its objectives, particularly those that wish to participate in surveys and research, and that have paid the admission fee and annual membership fee.
4. An "individual member" is an individual who has joined the Institute in support of its objectives and has paid the annual membership fee.
5. "Special Members" are public organizations, schools, local governments, government-related institutions, etc. that agree with the Institute's objectives and have joined the Institute and paid the annual membership fee.
(Member Services)
Article 4 Members will have access to information published by the Institute through the online journal (published quarterly) and online videos (irregularly).
2. Members can utilize the engineer human resources bank that our institute has established (for consultation on introductions and dispatches).
3. Members are entitled to receive discounts on the costs of seminars, lectures, consulting, etc. related to the fields of manufacturing and operations hosted by the Institute.
4. Corporate Members (Special) and Special Members may participate in and view the status of surveys and research (domestic and international) conducted by the Institute from time to time.
5. Members may separately discuss individual cases relating to the activities of the Institute.
(Application and screening)
Article 5 In principle, those who wish to become members of the Institute must be introduced by a member of the Institute or apply through the prescribed procedures, and their application must be approved by an internal review by the Institute.
(Membership Fees)
Article 6: Members shall pay the necessary membership fees and dues in order to achieve the Institute's objectives.
(Payment of membership fees)
Article 7 Members must pay the following membership fees and annual dues to the Association.
(1) Corporate Membership (General): Registration fee 100,000 yen, Annual fee 60,000 yen. (2) Corporate Membership (Special): Registration fee 100,000 yen/unit, Annual fee 100,000 yen. Minimum of three units.
(3) Individual Membership: Registration fee (free) Annual fee: 10,000 yen
(4) Special Membership: Free entry fee, 60,000 yen annual fee
2. Members must pay the admission fee and annual membership fee within one month of the date of approval of their admission.
3. Membership fees shall be paid once a year, with one year's membership fee paid in advance.
(Withdrawal)
Article 8 A member will lose his/her membership if he/she falls under any of the following:
(1) When the membership fee under Article 7 has not been paid for two years.
(2) If a member has damaged the reputation of the Institute or acted against the purposes of the Institute, or if there are other justifiable reasons, the Institute may, through an internal review, dismiss the member.
It is possible to hold a competition.
2. When a member loses his/her membership, he/she will lose his/her rights to the Institute. However, even if a member loses his/her membership, the membership fees already paid to the Institute will not be refunded regardless of the reason.
Regardless of the circumstances, the items will not be returned.
(Notification to members, etc.)
Article 9 Notification to members shall be made exclusively in the following manner:
(1) Our Institute's website
(2) The email address or address registered by the Member
(Changes in notified items)
Article 10 If there are any changes to the corporate name, name, address, telephone number, email address, etc. notified to the Institute, the Member shall promptly notify the Institute of the changes as specified.
The notification shall be made by the following method.
2. If notices, documents or other items from the Institute are delayed or do not arrive due to the failure to submit the notification in the preceding paragraph, they will not be delivered to the member at the time they would normally arrive.
However, this does not apply in unavoidable circumstances.
(Revision of the Rules)
Article 11 Any amendment or abolition to these regulations will be made through internal discussions within the Institute.
Supplementary Provisions These rules will come into effect on October 1, 2024. Enacted on October 1, 2024
